"Good for main cities, but routes can be limited"
Thai Smile was okay for me. If you’re flying to the bigger cities in Thailand, it works fine. But I needed a direct flight for my trip, and because they didn’t have one available, I had to change my plans a bit. The prices were reasonable, so that part was fine. I just wish they had more route options or better flight times. Overall, not bad, but not amazing either

The cabin was okay overall. The seats looked clean enough, but I noticed the tray table still had crumbs on it, which made me wonder if the cleaning was a bit hit-or-miss. It wasn’t awful, but it also didn’t leave me feeling super impressed

"Flight changes were really frustrating"
My flight got changed twice, and then one of them ended up being cancelled altogether. I had to wait in the support queue for ages, which just made the whole thing more annoying. To be fair, the support reply was okay once I finally got through, but the constant changes really messed up my plans.

"Boarding was fine, just slower than I like"
Boarding wasn’t awful or anything, but I’m personally not a fan of waiting around in slow-moving lines, so it felt a bit frustrating to me. The staff seemed a little unsure of what they were doing at times, and things didn’t move as smoothly as I’d hoped. I still got on the plane without any real issue, but it definitely could’ve been quicker.

"Finally a fair price for my trip"
I was kind of annoyed realizing how much other companies were overcharging me before. This fare was actually cheap, the trip went smoothly, and I had no problems at all. Makes me blame the others even more for making travel feel so expensive.

"App’s mostly fine, but the website can be a pain"
Booking was straightforward overall. I mostly use the app, and it works okay, but it did freeze on me a couple times when I was trying to pay, which was annoying. The website feels kind of clunky too, like some pages just take extra effort for no reason. Anyway, I got my booking done in the end, so not terrible, just a bit frustrating here and there.

"Was anyone else’s check-in this chaotic?"
Check-in was such a mess. The line barely moved, and every time I asked a staff member something, I felt like I got a different answer. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but it was frustrating, right?

"Food and drinks were a letdown"
I really wanted to like this place, but the food was bland and the drinks came out warm. What made it more frustrating was that it felt like the expectations kept changing, first we were told one thing, then another, like the goalposts were constantly moving. For the price, it just didn’t feel worth it.

"Nice crew, but I feel dumb for expecting more"
The cabin crew were friendly and smiled a lot, and they did help whenever I asked for something. But the flight was just okay and nothing really stood out. I guess I feel kind of stupid for trusting them to make the experience better than it was. It wasn’t terrible, just basic.

I needed to change a booking so I sent a message to support. They got back to me quicker than I thought they would, which was great, although not exactly lightning fast or anything. The person who helped me was clear and got it sorted without much hassle. I’m giving 4 stars because the website was kind of confusing, which was annoying, but the support itself was solid

"The weird part is the staff..."
The weird part is the staff at Thai Smile did everything they were supposed to do, but it still didn’t feel that welcoming. Check-in was smooth and nobody was rude or anything, but once onboard, a few of the crew seemed tired and not especially friendly. They helped when needed and were professional enough, just not in a way that felt very warm or caring. Overall, it was okay, but not the kind of service I’d go out of my way to praise.

"Bag Took Forever, But It Showed Up"
My baggage was seriously slow coming out, which was annoying after already dealing with the whole travel day. Like, can we please not stand around forever just waiting for a bag? But in the end, it did show up and everything was fine, so I guess it was okay overall.
